  1. Hey Lester, such a nice tune, thank you for sharing! Just started to learn it yesterday and the right hand is going well so far, so I'll probably be able to add the left hand in a. few days of practice. :-)

I had to transpose the song to C, since my Hohner is a G/C and i was missing a C# for the D major key.
So, I thought I'd share my ABC for anybody who's interested in playing this tune, but has the same problem as me.

    1. Hi Fred

I would suggest that, for a G/C, you transpose the tune to G and then you can play it on the outside row withe the exception of the 4th part which will then be mostly on the C row as the F# is flattened.

If you watch the video carefully you will see I play it almost all on the outside (D) row with the exception of the 4th part.

    2. Hi Lester,

oh, thank you for your advice. Now I'll probably just switch over to your version, since it makes a lot more sense I guess. Just played it through and I really got to admit that the first bar of the fourth part is way easier if you are able to switch rows.

      Thanks again!

    3. Took me a while to work it out but it's far easier if you switch rows
