Tune 174 - Lillibullero

An Irish tune that has been around since at least the early days of the 17th century. Its attribution to the English composer Henry Purcell is doubtful he probably hijacked the tune as his own. If you are old, like me, you may well have first met it as the signature tune for the BBC's World Service.
